Founded in 1967, Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation is a volunteer-driven non-profit organization that strives to find cures for Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis, the most common forms of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). They aim to improve the quality of life of those affected by the disease. 
The foundation empowers more than 1.2 million patients and their caregivers annually through their education, support, and advocacy programs.
