Drupal Community Raises $500,000 to Keep World's Leading Independent Open Source Content Management System Nonprofit Thriving

PORTLAND, Ore., May 11, 2020—The CDC, NIH, and Medecins Sans Frontieres/Doctors Without Borders—among many others—depend on the power of Drupal, the largest independent open source content management system, to keep their websites dynamic and secure. But the cancellation of the Drupal Association’s annual keystone fundraising event—originally scheduled for May 2020—put the nonprofit’s finances in jeopardy.





Ember 3.18 Released

Today the Ember project is releasing version 3.18 of Ember.js, Ember Data, and Ember CLI.
This release also kicks off the 3.19 beta cycle for all sub-projects. We encourage our community (especially addon authors) to help test these beta builds and report any bugs before they are published as a final release in six weeks' time. The ember-try addon is a great way to continuously test your projects against the latest Ember releases.

jQuery 3.5.1 Released: Fixing a Regression

I’ve never gotten to say this on a jQuery release, but May the 4th be with you! A short time ago in a galaxy exactly like this one, we released jQuery 3.5.0. We have a quick fix for a regression in that release.





The PHP Online Conference

We – Sebastian Bergmann, Arne Blankerts, and Stefan Priebsch – are taking our conference contributions that were scheduled for the spring conference season online. Without further ado, we announce "The Online PHP Conference" that will take place on Tuesday, May 26 2020, and Wednesday, May 27, 2020 with a pre-conference workshop on Monday, May 25 2020.
